7. Responsibilities of the parties

The Parties shall be liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

8. Changes to the terms of the Agreement

The Seller has the right to make changes to the terms of this Agreement. Changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the website martens.in.ua.
