Return and exchange policy

This document defines the procedure for the return and exchange of goods purchased on the website martens.in.ua.

1. General Provisions 1.1. These Rules have been developed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of consumer rights.

2. Conditions for return and exchange of goods 2.1. Return and exchange of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 days from the moment the buyer receives the goods. 2.2. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, without signs of use and with the tags intact.

3. Procedure for returning and exchanging goods 3.1. To return or exchange goods, you must fill out an application for return or exchange and send it to the support service email address: martensinua1@ukr.net . 3.2. Return of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer, except in cases where the goods were delivered with a defect or do not correspond to the order.

4. Refunds 4.1. Refunds are made to the bank card from which the payment was made, within 10 working days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the goods.
